Yoga for Anxiety (Live Sessions)


The Course

As the UK enters its second lockdown, join Sarah twice a week for a calming 30-minute yoga practice, incorporating breathing techniques, movement and meditation. These sessions aim to leave you feeling more grounded and in tune with your mind, body, spirit and breath. Sarah teaches vinyasa flow; her style is creative and fluid, with modifications given to suit all.

Each half-hour session will include some breathwork and centering, a short yoga flow and some time for stillness. Expect a spiritual focus and some thought-provoking extracts from a selection of helpful yoga and philosophy texts.


The Teacher

Sarah is a yoga teacher and freelance writer living in South London with her boyfriend and her cockapoo, Toto. She specialises in teaching yoga for anxiety, having completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Julie Montagu and Whole Self Yoga during the summer lockdown. Sarah became a teacher so that she could share her love of yoga and help others to empower themselves using the timeless tools that yoga has to offer. Sarah is a yoga coach with Box Mind and teaches her own regular classes online.



Every Monday and Friday

Monday Sessions: 8:00am – 8:30am

Friday Sessions: 12pm – 12:30pm
