How you choose to start your mornings is incredibly important, as what you do in that first hour or so after waking up can set the tone for the rest of your day. A really great way to start your day is by listening to an uplifting and motivating podcast either while getting ready or even while having a hearty breakfast. The right podcast will let you go about your tasks (as you don’t have to watch them) and will provide a sense of positivity, letting you start your day off on the right foot.
