I received the balanced taster box which came packed with 10 dishes: 2 breakfasts, 6 main meals and 2 desserts. All of these dishes came in plastic containers. The additional information about the nutrition was also handy to see the portion sizes and the proportion of nutrients in each dish.

My experience having the meal package from No1 Food Prep was pleasant. I was especially grateful for how filling the food was. Since the company does create meal deals with weight management and fat loss in mind, these meals hit the nail on the head.
The overnight oats, for example, changed the way I eat porridge and oats in the morning. It actually made me realise how incredibly nutrient-dense oats are. Usually, if I were to eat porridge fresh, the hunger would start to creep in about 2 or 3 hours later. This would result in me snacking on junk. However, whenever I ate the overnight oats, they kept me going for at least 4 to 5 hours until lunch. This I really liked because I reduced the number of times I snacked during the day.
The various ingredients which they had picked for the lunches and dinners were a nice addition to the meal. Tempeh was one ingredient I hadn’t tried before. After doing some research, I learnt about the great health benefits and the origins of tempeh! Mediterranean bean stew and the chickpea and sweetcorn burgers were my favourite dishes!
The desserts were a delight. Having a sweet tooth did help though; I have not had protein-based desserts before. Therefore, it was quite nice to eat these pancakes as they were different from what I am used to. The texture was much the same of normal pancakes, but it was slightly thicker than the usual density.
I would definitely recommend this package for individuals looking for healthy, fuss-free food to help with your diet and lifestyle.
