The Most Relaxing Breakfast Destinations in London

Who doesn’t love to cook breakfast at home? Eggs (any of the million ways you can make them), French toast with icing sugar, pancakes or waffles, smoothies, a full English on weekends…the works. Plus, with the current situation you may only now be venturing for meals outside. Here are our favourite spots to go to for a socially distanced breakfast.
Dalloway Terrace
A couple of minute’s walk away from Tottenham Court Road station is one of the loveliest restaurants in central. It’s got a beautiful outdoor ambience with leafy décor, floral embellishments and a great menu. We recommend the omelette.

The top floor of Selfridges is home to two of its best sections: the toy section and the amazing food court that serves a variety of international cuisines and is home to the gorgeous Elan Café. You can take your pick between breakfast bowls, toasted sandwiches, fresh salads, teas, lattes, whatever your heart desires…and eat it while overlooking the entirety of Oxford Street! Best way to start your day!

If you’re a Londoner (or even if you’re not), you’ll know how packed Covent Garden can get, especially in the warmer months. But, surprisingly enough, the giant square isn’t as full in the earlier hours of the morning. Grabbing a quick coffee and perhaps something sweet at Laduree and sitting outside for a while can be quite relaxing, as you get to take in the view of the space when it’s not crammed to the brim.
