What Exactly Is Face Yoga?
‘Face Yoga’ are exercises that help to shape and sculpt the face. It originated in Japan, where it was a common practice to relax and tone the muscles in the face using gentle motions to create sharper features and youthful-looking skin.
As we age, the tissues in our face naturally decrease causing sagging. However, facial exercises slow the ageing process by increasing the blood circulation leaving a more radiant-looking complexion.

How Can I Get Started?
Luckily, you don’t need a gym membership to get started. Just your hands and a bunch of motivation. You can do these exercises as often as you’d like. We’d recommend 1-2 times a week for 10 minutes the first few times you’re trying it out. Once you’re comfortable, you can increase this to 3-5 times a week for 20 minutes.
